This is an attorney discipline case in which a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Board determined that Spencer E. Daw (Daw) violated the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct and recommended that he be assessed a private reprimand. The Idaho State Bar contests the recommended sanction. We affirm the conclusion of the Professional Conduct Board that Daw violated I.R.P.C. 1.3 and 1.4 and we order the imposition of a public reprimand with a twelve month probation. I.
